Effective Date: October 8, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited activities on the LookAtMe platform. All users and organizations must strictly abide by these rules.
1. Prohibited Monitoring & Deployment Practices
You may NOT:
- Deploy the LookAtMe Windows Agent on computing equipment without either (a) legal ownership of the device, or (b) explicit written authorization from the device owner.
- Deploy the agent software for consumer spyware, domestic surveillance, or illicit stalking purposes.
- Deploy the agent to covertly monitor individuals in healthcare examination rooms, residential spaces, or private rest areas.
2. Platform Security & Abuse Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the LookAtMe Gateway without prior authorization from our security team.
- Overwhelm platform infrastructure with volumetric denial of service (DoS) attacks or artificial telemetry spam.
- Weaponize LookAtMe's remote command shell or process management tools to distribute ransomware, keyloggers, or malicious code.
- Share or transfer administrative user accounts across multiple unverified individuals.
3. Enforcement & Account Termination
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of platform access, invalidation of API keys, and notification of relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal surveillance is detected.
