Global Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
Applicability: LookAtMe Cloud Platform, Windows Agent Client & Web Applications
LookAtMe Technologies Inc. ("LookAtMe", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting personal information across our enterprise software ecosystem.
1. Roles Under Data Protection Laws
- LookAtMe as Data Processor: When providing workforce monitoring, CRM, and endpoint governance services to our business customers, our customer is the Data Controller, and LookAtMe operates strictly as a Data Processor under GDPR / Service Provider under CCPA.
- LookAtMe as Data Controller: We act as Data Controller only with respect to account billing information, direct platform communications, and website marketing analytics.
2. Information Collected
2.1. Customer Account Information: Name, business email, corporate domain, billing address, and payment transaction metadata.
2.2. Workstation & Endpoint Telemetry (Processor Scope):
- Device hardware specifications (OS version, hostname, MAC address, CPU/RAM utilization).
- Workstation focus data (Active application name, window title, session durations).
- Security events (USB device connection, sensitive clipboard pattern detection, automated DLP alerts).
- Operational network telemetry (Local IP address, gateway ping, DNS latency). 2.3. What We Do NOT Collect: LookAtMe does not sell employee data to advertising brokers, does not perform covert audio recording without explicit tenant configuration and employee consent banner, and does not retain unredacted passwords or payment card details captured by keystroke sensors.
3. How We Use Telemetry Data
- To generate executive workforce productivity heatmaps and burnout prediction radars.
- To detect insider data exfiltration and intellectual property theft in real time.
- To provide remote support capabilities (file browsing, task management, shell execution) requested by authorized administrators.
- To maintain statutory labor attendance and shift audit trails.
4. Security & Encryption Standards
All telemetry is protected in transit with TLS 1.3 / AES-256-GCM encryption and stored at rest using hardware-accelerated AES-256 block storage. Access to telemetry requires explicit, audited single-step administrative authentication.
5. International Data Transfers & Sovereignty
LookAtMe supports geographic data pinning. Enterprise tenants can select their primary cloud data region (US-East, EU-Frankfurt, AP-Singapore, or On-Premises Air-Gapped) ensuring compliance with national data sovereignty mandates.
